rene!! great idea for a blog!! first … i have to tell you that you MUST invest in an iPod nano and this $29.99 nike/iPod attachment. of course, it’s the thing that caused my stress fracture … but really, is there anything better than finishing your walk/run and having Tiger Woods or Lance Armstrong tell you how great you are? As in, “Hi. This is Tiger Woods and you’ve just run your fastest mile yet!” … it is the best motivator. and you can challenge your friends.
