I know I’ve been a bad blogger. I’m not sure I have a good excuse. But, it was my birthday, so I needed some time off to be depressed. Work has been brutal. Coffee withdrawals. And let’s see…oh yes. I GAINED weight. Last Friday I weighed in at 181.4 lbs. UGH!
I guess I need to redouble my efforts, but I already feel like I am working so hard!!!!
Any tips out there for staying motivated?
